It serves exquisite New American cuisine with aesthetically pleasing dishes. Guests enjoy their meals surrounded by stone walls with wood panels above, contributing to a contemporary ambiance.
Locals also adore Cottonwood Restaurant & Bar, a fabulous spot set in a historic ski lodge in the area. Guests eat dynamic New American fare next to expansive windows showcasing the city of Truckee.
Finally, Manzanita is an elegant fine-dining restaurant housed within the Ritz-Carlton in Truckee. The dining room carries warm tones with a large fireplace. Manzanita primarily offers guests classic Californian staples. While living in Lahontan, you will have incredible access to many upscale restaurants and dining experiences. 

Things to Do

There are all sorts of things to do in Lahontan. The Tom Weiskopf Golf Course is a favorite among locals of the community. The golf course is challenging but rewarding and is one of the best ways to spend a sunny day outside. In addition, the Lahontan Golf Club also has a fabulous spa that offers special pricing for its members. Its services range from fitness opportunities to massages to skincare treatments. It is a haven for overall wellness. 
The Lahontan community hosts various events to entertain its members, including an annual Pinewood Derby and Bear Hunt, a fun scavenger hunt for all ages. Various parks are located within the private Lahontan community that hosts fun concerts and intimate picnic gatherings.
